This Privacy Policy describes how SparkCabin ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from sparkcabin.shop (the "Site").
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."

- We use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify processes your Personal Information as necessary to provide our services, in accordance with Shopify's own privacy policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- We use payment processors (such as PayPal and other providers available through Shopify Payments) to process payments. These processors will collect information necessary to process your payment.
- We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools and the Meta Pixel, and Google Ads and Google Analytics, to run advertising campaigns and understand how visitors use the Site. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity over time and across different websites.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the information below. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); please contact us to make a request.
Your Personal Information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Chile and the United States, in order to provide our services to you.
7. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
9. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
